The mid-season roster window runs from Monday, September 14 at 9:00 AM ET to Sunday, October 11 at 11:59 PM ET. Rosters are locked outside those dates.
What you can do
- Drop a player any time, in any division. No approval needed.
- Add a player to a Gold team right away. No approval needed.
- Add a player to a Silver or Bronze team with admin approval. Submit it, the admins vote, and you'll hear back.
- Transfers follow the rules of the team the player is joining. Leaving a team never needs approval.
- Captain and co-captain changes never need approval.

Short notice
The rules normally give a week's notice before a window opens. We announced this one on September 11, so an admin waived that rule. We opened it early because a lot of newer players are coming back this season. If the short notice causes your team a problem, tell an admin.
Dates can change
We may shorten or extend the window later in the season, and we'll announce it here if we do. For now, October 11 is the last day.
